 SuperviseD Practice

He works primarily from an evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) orientation and will integrate empirically supported elements from other modalities such as schema-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention. With empathy, warmth, and non-judgment, he strives to tailor evidence-based interventions to help clients develop more helpful ideas and responses. Collaboratively, he encourages clients to take increasingly active roles in therapy. Ultimately, the goal is to help clients have fewer problems, feel better, and get back to doing what they want to be doing.
