Fees and fee schedule are dependent upon individual practitioners. Please note that psychological services provided in private practice in Ontario are not covered by the provincial health plan (OHIP). Many third-party insurance plans will provide partial or full coverage for psychological services. Please check with your insurance company for more information.

FEES

Our clinic accepts payment by credit card or Interac e-transfer. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Please note that we do not bill insurance companies directly. Following payment, clients will receive an electronic receipt that can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement (if covered).

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Hope and Healing Psychology clinic accepts self-referrals. Contact us by phone or email to inquire about services or book an intake appointment. We offer 15 minute phone consultations to individuals looking to learn more about psychological services offered and finding the clinician best suited to their needs.

REFERRALS

Our clinic requires a minimum 24-hours’ notice in order to cancel an appointment. A full session fee will be charged for missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hope and Healing Psychology Clinic does not provide emergency/crisis services. Individuals who are experiencing a crisis or imminent danger should call 911 or go to the nearest local emergency department. Individuals in distress or needing additional support can contact their local distress center. Please refer to the ‘resources’ page for additional information.
